Business name registration is not a guarantee that other people don’t have rights to the name and a pending, or registered, trade mark may be grounds for another party to stop you using your registered business name. 

Likewise just because you’ve registered a business name doen’t mean you have automatic rights to the .com.au domain name. Please check the availability of both before regsitering either, and look for potentially conflicting pending and registered trade marks before adopting a trading name.
